How do I downgrade my account?

You can downgrade your account if you’re an admin by taking the following steps.

Click on the live asset count on the top right navigation to be taken straight to the billing page.

Select the number of live assets you’d like to downgrade to and then click Update Plan.

Note: If you have more current live assets than the plan you’re looking to downgrade to, you will have to delete assets to get to your selected plan capacity in order to update your plan.

You’ve now downgraded your account subscription.
