How do I add someone to my team?

You can add someone to your team in AssetMule if you are an admin.

Adding someone to your team allows you to create their AssetMule account without sending them an email invite (to send an email invite, check out our help article on how to invite someone to your team).

The main reason you might want to add someone to your team instead of inviting them to join your team is if you don’t need or want them to log in to AssetMule but, rather, you just want to create assets on their behalf.

Once you’ve added someone to your team, you can re-assign assets to them so their information appears on the bottom of the asset and they receive notifications as people view the asset.

You can add someone to your team if you are an admin by taking the following steps.

Click on your image in the top right corner to go to your account settings.

Go to the Team tab and click Add Member.

Add their profile image (click on the red placeholder image) and information and then click Add Member.

Note: Their image, name, role and company, and calendar link will be added to assets you assign to them.
