You can delete a theme if you are the Creator of the theme and it is not the default theme.

Go to the Themes page.

If the theme you want to delete is the default, select another theme as default by clicking Set Default next to that theme. Note: You need to be the owner of the Team (ie. creator of the Team) in order to be able to set a theme as the default.

To delete the theme, click on the trash icon.
