You can remove a component from a section in a template by taking the following steps.

Click on the corresponding component icon on the left of the section that contains the component.

This will open the component settings as a side panel on the right of the template.

To remove the component from the section, click on the trash icon at the top of the component settings panel, next to the name of the component.

The component has now been removed from the section and you can replace it with another component by clicking on the icon of that component.
