You can quickly and easily add a browser frame to images from the image component settings.

Click on the image icon on the left of the template or asset to open up the Image component settings.

Toggle on Show Browser Frame and choose between a Light, Dark, or Accent colored (based on your Theme) browser frame.

A browser frame has now been added to your image.
